Welcome to Studio Print Shop! These terms and conditions ("agreement") govern your use of the services provided by Studio Print Shop, located in Concord, NC. By placing an order or engaging in services with us, you agree to the following terms.

Terms and conditions for Studio Print Shop

1. SERVICES OFFERED

Studio Print Shop specializes in:


● Branded and custom screen printing


● Embroidery services


● Direct-to-garment printing (DTG)


● Graphic design services

2. ORDERS AND CUSTOMIZATION

Approval Process: All orders must be approved by the customer before production
begins. We provide mockups and proofs for review. It is the customer’s responsibility to
ensure all details, including colors, sizes, spelling and designs, are correct.


Changes & Revisions: Any changes requested after approval may incur additional
costs and may affect delivery timelines.


Artwork: Customers are responsible for providing high-quality artwork files. If graphic
design services are required, additional fees may apply. Ownership of final design files
remains with Studio Print Shop unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

● Quotes: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.


● Deposits: A 50% deposit is required for all orders before production begins. The
remaining balance is due upon completion.

● Final Payment: No orders will be shipped or released until full payment is received.


● Late Payments: Any overdue payments will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the
outstanding balance. Failure to pay within 30 days of the invoice due date may result in
additional collection efforts or legal action.


● Non-Refundable Deposits: Once production has started, deposits are non-refundable
unless otherwise agreed upon due to exceptional circumstances.

4. TURNAROUND TIMES

● Production Time: Turnaround time is typically 2 weeks (10 business days) from the
date of final design approval and receipt of the deposit. Rush services may be available
at an additional cost. Turnaround times may be subject to change based on factors such
as order complexity, material availability, and current production schedules.

● Delivery of Garments for Contract Printing: If you provide garments for contract
printing, they must be delivered to Studio Print Shop at least 5 business days before the
scheduled production start date. Studio Print Shop is not responsible for delays caused
by late deliverys.

● Shipping & Delivery: Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise
specified. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary. Studio Print Shop is not liable for
delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED GARMENTS

● Responsibility for Garments: Studio Print Shop is not responsible for any damage,
defects, or issues that may arise with customer-provided garments during the printing or
embroidery process. All garments provided by customers are used at the customer's
risk. Any damage caused during production is subject to industry standards, which
typically allow for a defect rate of up to 3%. We recommend that customers inspect
garments for any defects before delivery to Studio Print Shop.
No compensation will
be offered for damaged customer-provided garments.

Industry Standards: Studio Print Shop adheres to industry-accepted standards for
screen printing, embroidery, and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. Minor variances in
print placement, color, or sizing are within acceptable industry tolerances. We strive to
maintain a defect rate below the industry-standard 3%
. Should the defect rate
exceed this threshold, Studio Print Shop will offer a reprint or refund based on the
specific issue.

Customer Inspection: We highly encourage customers to inspect all goods
immediately upon receipt. Any quality concerns or defects must be reported within
7 days.
Failure to do so will constitute acceptance of the order.

6. QUALITY STANDARDS

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

● Custom Orders: Due to the nature of custom work, all sales are final. We do not accept
returns or exchanges on custom-printed or embroidered items.

● Defects: If an order contains defects in workmanship or materials that exceed
acceptable industry standards, Studio Print Shop will, at its discretion, offer a
replacement or refund. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

● Graphic Design: Refunds for graphic design services are not provided once design
work has begun.

● Orders can be canceled prior to production for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations
after production begins may incur costs for materials, labor, and design work already
performed.

8. CANCELLATIONS

● Customer-Provided Artwork: Customers represent and warrant that they own the
rights to any artwork, logos, or designs provided. Studio Print Shop is not responsible for
any intellectual property claims that may arise from the use of customer-provided
materials.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

● Studio Print Shop Designs: Any designs created by Studio Print Shop remain the
intellectual property of Studio Print Shop unless otherwise specified in writing.

Studio Print Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services, products, or delays.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Studio Print Shop harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of any custom designs or products provided by Studio Print Shop.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

Studio Print Shop respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal
information. Any personal details provided to us will only be used for the purposes of processing orders and providing services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute regarding an order or services, both parties agree to attempt
resolution through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, any legal
disputes will be handled through arbitration, according to the laws of the State of North Carolina,

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Concord, NC.
